Terms of Service

Services are provided on a consultancy basis covering algorithmic marketing, performance media buying, influencer programs, AI automation and growth strategy. Scope, deliverables and timeline are defined per engagement in writing prior to kickoff.

All payments are processed securely via Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Invoices are issued from Spain under NIF Z1004306Q in accordance with applicable Spanish tax law. Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Due to the nature of digital consulting, all sales are final once service delivery has commenced. Refunds are only possible before the project kickoff. After kickoff — defined as the first scheduled working session, strategic deliverable, or access being granted — no refunds, partial or full, will be issued.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting the service provider in good faith constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in legal recovery action. Disputes must first be raised at starij32@gmail.com.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement, including campaign data, strategy and financials.

Services are advisory in nature. Results may vary based on market conditions, product fit and implementation by the client. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Málaga, Spain.
